Amaré Return Policy
At Amaré, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Proof of purchase is required.
2. Holiday Extended Returns
To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we’re extending our return policy! Any order placed between November 20th and December 25th will be eligible for returns until January 31st.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
• Sale and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Items returned outside the 30-day window (or January 31st for holiday purchases).
4. Refund Process
1. Contact our customer support via chat on our website or email info@amare-crystal.com to initiate a return.
2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
7. Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting our support team.
• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy will apply instead.
